1.0 - INTRO TO WATERCOLOR

The goal of this class is to find the delight and playfulness of watercolor. We will cover the basics of watercolor from color charts, to painting a still life, and composing a landscape painting. Most of the class will be spent on practicing watercolor technique within the context of the elements of art. The intent is to inspire you to take your paints to the mountains or on your next trip and create a venue for you to be able to soak in the beauty of nature.

2.0 Intermediate Watercolor

If you have taken the Intro to Watercolor class, this class is a great next step. Now that you know the basics this class is intended to teach you different watercolor styles, color theory, brushwork, mix media ventures and composition. We will also be taking time for you to work on your own pieces as well as completing pieces together as a group.
