The goal of this class is to find the delight and playfulness of watercolor. We will cover the basics of watercolor from color charts, to painting a still life, and composing a landscape painting. Most of the class will be spent on practicing watercolor technique within the context of the elements of art. The intent is to inspire you to take your paints to the mountains or on your next trip and create a venue for you to be able to soak in the beauty of nature.

Please have these supplies at the beginning of class:

If you enjoy the Intro to Watercolor class, this is a great next step. A more in depth look at the elements of art. Taking the concepts you have been introduced to and putting them into practice from a variety of angles. This class uses the same supplies as the intro class so no need for more supplies.
